45 Minute Boot Camp is a fun and energetic fitness workout program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training. All designed to get you the body you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

By using dumbbells, kettle bells and your own bodyweight, this workout will help you get toned, stronger and build lean muscle to help you burn calories fast.

Metabolic Boost

A type of high intensity interval training with short recovery periods that will speed up your metabolism, mealt fat from your body and strengthen your heart and lungs.

Boxercise

Boxercise = Boxing and exercise! A high intensity bootcamp workout without the physical contact normally associated with boxing. It’s a fun fast paced workout that will help you improve your fitness while helping you lose weight, build strength and tone your body.

Get Challenged

Test your fitness levels with this challenging and fun workout. We take all the benefits from our other bootcamp sessions and put them all together to push you to your limits. If you want to pay your debts from Friday night or if you know that you’ll have a naughty food weekend, this is the perfect session for you.
